call us at 512-396-2662 to make appointments. We are
currently not booking appointments on line or by email
request. Please call at least 24 hours in advance
if you must cancel.

your first visit you will also need: |

• Your insurance

applicable. We are a preferred provider for many insurance
plans, and will be happy to file your insurance claims.

| On
your first visit you will meet with Dr. Colgin for an initial
consultation. If he decides that chiropractic care may help
you, an examination usually follows. If Dr. Colgin determines
that a different specialist should see you, he will make the
proper referral. Otherwise, a treatment plan with specific
chiropractic adjustments will be recommended. |
